Our App Subscription - A Unique Pricing Model

To access the NexHUB app, there is a $2.50 monthly subscription. Every user gets their first 30 days free.

We know that for most people, the NexID is a lifetime purchase; even though $2.50 is almost a Tims coffee (or half of a drink from Starbucks) a month, it adds up. Hosting and securing health information is expensive, but our goal since the beginning was to deliver an affordable medical ID.

To offset some of our costs, while still offering a fair price weve decided to not delete user data if theyve unsubscribed. This means that any new users can take advantage of 30 day trial, enter all information, and unsubscribe; doing this makes the app free.

---ID Required---

To use our product, there needs to be an ID linked to your NexHUB profile. Currently, there are two options available.

NexID Wristband Option
For maximum coverage, we recommend this option.

Once youve successfully paired your wristband, youll have a digital copy of your existing NexID wristband. Either one of these QR code IDs can be scanned to display your emergency medical information page. However, we recommend you wear the wristband as much as possible; after all, what good is a seat belt if you never wear it?

Digital ID Option
This option requires you to present your digital ID by opening the NexHUB app.

To select this option, youll need to create an account, and to subscribe to the app. When youre prompted to pair an ID to your NexHUB account, youll see the option to choose a digital ID.
